April is amazing, and gave me the cutest shag haircut of my life, and the Princess Peach color of my dreams! Love the vibes here, she is really experienced and will go out of her way to educate you to make sure you’re happy with the result. Pics are natural color with a fresh cut, and then final color!

Stylist replaced my very expensive bellami extensions with an off brand, was over charged, owner incredibly rude and would not stand behind her promise to offer a relaxing high quality service. paid three times what i paid to have the work corrected within a week. filed complaint with BBB .If you expect any type of customer service go elsewhere ! they will tip themselves on your card and block you anyways. Owners claim that I had my hair washed within 48 hours is false- it had been exactly 50 hours and is yet another attempt at her refusal to take accountability. I came in from out of town and the only solution suggested was I fly back to have them do a redo. Obviously that is an insane request and owner blocked me when I told her that is just not an option. So potential clients beware- this salon will scam you then refuse to make it right.ALSO- I had the hair taken out and Bellami rep for my salon confirmed what was in my hair was not Bellami hair so yet another lie . Truly unfortunate because the stylist who did my hair was great but under this type of ownership shed be better off finding a new salon home that doesn't encourage stealing from clients.

April literally destroyed my hair and made me look like an ugly clown right before my birthday. First, I asked for 1/2 inch cut only and she cut 3-5 inches off and even more around my face like almost curtain bangs, plus it is very uneven and she left huge strands long in random places. Then, for the worst part she bleached my hair wayyyy to much to a light yellow with uneven chunky pieces. It completely washes me out and would not look good on anyone. I ordered and paid for a balayage but she just gave me big chunky messy highlights and cut all of my hair off. It’s so damaged from the way to strong of bleach and will take me so long to grow back. Be warned that she does not listen to what you ask for and when I told her specifically that I just wanted natural looking balayage and a 1/2 inch trim she didn’t listen and ruined my hair. Then she didn’t blow dry it before I left, probably so that I wouldn’t notice just how over bleached it was until I was gone. I called her and she said she would tone it for me but that doesn’t fix how short it is or how chunky and uneven the highlights are and I would have to be crazy to let her touch my hair again. I have asked for a refund and now she won’t even respond to my texts or calls. This is going to cost me so much time and money to get this fixed to a place where I even feel comfortable leaving the house.

Absolutely awesome experience! The shop itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. I felt comfortable immediately as I was welcomed in and offered a variety of beverages. I must admit I'm a little bit of a tough customer because it's hard for me to articulate exactly what it is I'm looking for but April knew all the right questions to ask. She was very knowledgeable and offered me multiple possibilities to achieve the results I desired. My hair turned out amazing and I've received constant compliments on it!
April was able to recommend multiple products for me to try out, some of which she even used during my visit so I could see the effects before I bought them! The products I brought home with me, coupled with a few tips from her, made it easy to recreate the awesome style she gave me. She was very kind and very professional.
I've had many bad salon experiences in the past and had all but given up before I was introduced to April. Now, I won't go to anyone else. Highly recommend her! Thank you April!

I have been a client for over two years. April is the most professional stylist I have worked with. My hair was bleached and fragile and she skillfully helped me rejuvenate it. April continues to color my hair but now it is healthy and strong. And - every appointment is like sharing coffee with friends.

I had two appointments with April to color and cut my hair since she didn't have time to do both in one day. She got my hair to a color I was generally okay with, but wasn't thrilled. I have very curly hair and while I was reassured by April she could properly cut my hair, she absolutely cut it like my hair was pin straight. It doesn't look good.

I also felt like both times I went to see April she was trying to get me to make more appointments for additional services just to spend money, not out of necessity. She also brought up some VERY unprofessional topics in conversation both times I saw her. I hadn't gone to a salon for 4 years before this experience, and now I remember why. Hundreds of dollars later for a bad haircut and little to no change in my hair color. Please consider going elsewhere.
