My experience with this place is mixed. One would think the service they offer would be helpful to a small business owner. However, oftentimes they don't provide any real help when requested. For example, they claim they have a lot of useful data about the local market and can help any small business owner with analysis of the data to make useful business decisions. When I was thinking about opening a light construction business, I approached them to know if there is a good market for such business in the Little Rock area, the competition, etc. After calling and following up at least 3 times and being promised that someone will look into it, I never heard anything back. Also, the parking is bad. You can get your car towed if you're not careful (happened to me). Sometimes they do organize some useful seminars though. 3 stars.
