Great environment, and awesome place to work at! The staff is awesome and everyone is willing to help you out when needed. I just recently started working here, and when I was having problems or needed pointers I was able to get the help from everyone in the office and was pushed to the next level! The skills you learn here will not only benefit you professionally but personally as well, and the room for growth in the company is just unreal. You also form bonds with the people here so they aren't just acquaintances, but family, and I can honestly say that going to work is fun because the people here are amazing. I'm looking forward to what the company holds for me, and what I can do for the company!

I've worked with Ascension Marketing now for 3 months and my experience with them showed me how family orientated this company is, ANYTIME I had an home issue and needed help my boss Charles was ALWAYS there to help!!! The company in a whole is amazing I recommend this job to those that are single and striving for a fast career! However I do feel this company could use improvement within the scheduling of the work week. Working with this company I was able to see how much my boss Charles had on his plate, but somehow somewhere I know hell be able to find his medium in organizing his company better. I have been with Ascension Marketing Group for a little over a month and have grown so much as a person and as an entrepreneur.
Once you complete your interviews and begin training, you are immediately immersed into a busy business mindset and lifestyle. Many people hate this part, but working full time in a positive and educational atmosphere is something that drives me to want to be successful.
Charles and the team emphasize that this is a people helping people business and care more about growth than anything else. As long as you come in with the right attitude and student mentality, success comes naturally.
Just remember that this company isn’t building employees, they’re building business owners. Because of this, they treat you with respect, but expect more of you than the typical 9-5 job. That being said, if you work hard, you’ll also get paid much more than at a typical job as well.

The company has a long way to go. They have an extremely high turnover rate. This is due to the fact that they want to stretch a 40 hour work week into 6 days instead of five. They pay a base salary plus commission. The pay is not based on experience but everyone starts off at the same pay.

Albi one of the so called managers is a hypocrite and has no professionalism about herself. When she speaks to customers she is all nice and polite but if customers don't buy from her she will talk about them as soon as they walk away
