Terrible experience with this Indian company operating in the US. False narratives, only received 25% of joining bonus, no onboarding kit or essentials provided. Unfulfilled payments for holidays, unlicensed tools used. Poor management, feels like a scam. Advisable to avoid and explore better options. College projects surpass company deliverables. Limited client base, frequent layoffs with weak justifications. Only positive takeaway was learning architecture designing from the project director. Company appears to be run by individuals from Chennai, displaying favoritism. Would rate zero/minus if possible.

I should have look at these reviews before I deal with this company. This company contact me about AWS class and promise if I attend the class (participate and lab) I will receive the certificate for the class for them . I took the Aws training with this company, I attended all the classes and labs. During the class I contact them to ask question about the class I never get responses back . Two weeks after the training I contact Manfred about my certification no response. Be careful about this company they will not honor their promise, I should have look at those reviews before I deal with them. All those reviews about those work for them are all scam

I have been working at American Technology Consulting full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – To be honest, I'm working at American Technology Consulting as full-time employee for more than two year now, I really like it.

First thing I would like to appropriate is, you get paid on time without any Gimmicks.
The Back office staff is prompt and always there to address your issue in no time.
There are always there to help you out without any hurdles or communication gap.
They have really good Visa filing process and good attorneys.
They are very helpful in visa stamping process and its paper work before you go for it.
They have a good insurance plans for employees.

Finally, they always tried to be better over the past two years now.

Cons – Not, any thing to discuss for now and hope never in future too..!!!!

I have been working at American Technology Consulting full-time for more than a year

Pros – American Technology Consulting is a very Professional and awesome consulting firm to work with. What I liked most about them is their transparency working culture. They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised. I get my pay checks on time.

Cons – I haven't experience any cons until now except
Need more Vacation time to be consider as benefit.

I have been a BSA with ATC for about 2 years now and I have a wonderful working relationship with them. They are always prompt in getting back to me on any issues I may have and are always on time with my paychecks.
They are pretty hands-on with the visa application process. They have a team set up to guide you through the process and it really made my simple, knowing that I could pick up the phone and check back on any questions I had.

I have been having Wonderful experience with ATC. I have & will continue to recommend their firm to anyone I know who's looking for a new opportunity. Good company which helps a job seeker for getting placed in IT. Marketing team is amazing which gets atleast 2-3 interviews and more screenings every couple of weeks. Overall, if your just work hard on skills and confident, ATC will take care of the rest. Also worth mentioning, their immigration help is a top notch.
