This is the best AT&T store experience we ever had! Vinny and Nate were extremely helpful in helping us get a new phone after old one was ran over. They made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions and even answered questions we didn’t know to ask. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience enjoyable.

Ken and Nate both were extremely helpful to my wife and myself when we upgraded phones. My wife switched from Verizon and both these employees here at the Kingman location made her transition very seamless. I have been with AT&T for a long time and will continue to praise their customer service.

My father was involved in a really bad car accident and lost his phone. On our travels back to his home we came here to get a new phone but due to some circumstances he wasn’t able to get one and got frustrated, but Nate really stepped in and exhausted every end to make sure we would not leave without some form of communication for my dad. He was truly remarkable in helping us. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Really really appreciate his efforts for us!

Went in here to review my contract and possibly upgrade my iPhone. Nate greeted me answered all my questions about my contract and got me set up with a new iPhone. Everything got transferred to my new iPhone with no issues and Ken also assisted with my accessories.
