I am writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior and discriminatory practices I have experienced at Acuera. As an employee of the company, I am deeply troubled by the lack of support for individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and the favoritism shown towards upper management.

On several occasions, I reported incidents of bullying and intimidation towards me by my team lead, Lisette Vazaldua, and her colleagues. Despite raising these concerns with the site manager, Audrey Basset, no appropriate action was taken, and the hostile behavior persisted. To my dismay, I was unjustly terminated for alleged misconduct without being given the opportunity to present my side of the story to HR.

It is disheartening to learn that I was terminated through an email notification three days after the decision was made, further highlighting the lack of due process and transparency in the handling of employee grievances. Such disregard for fair treatment and respect in the workplace is concerning and goes against the principles of equality and justice.

They’re hiring manger is a rude person, she assumed I was on drugs and didn’t even offer the original job that was posted on indeed, Mrs gsimental be little me as a person. I felt attacked, I accept the job that was offered by her and left multiple voicemails about my process on hiring and emailed the required documents that were asked for after that I was completely ignored. I would never recommend this company to work for! This company needs to rethink their hiring manger ASAP !! And hire a better manger that recognize others potential for the company, Mrs or Mr Gsimental needs to be sent back to training or needs to be reviewed by her higher ups!

This place is a joke as well as the management and some of the people here. Dont waist your time cause they don’t even have benefits like PTO and their health insurance is ass. Find better and stay away from this hell hole.

Very unprofessional. All I heard was a lot of yelling about employees being SECONDS late from their break. My understanding is they only receive a 15 minute break for the day. They have black mold and rotting food in the fridge. The place is overran with rodents and insects. Supervisors and employees alike act like high schoolers with no work experience. They refuse to give any employee 2 days in a row off, instead forces them to work one day, off the next, work another day, and then off the next for there two days off a week. Place is ran like a cult in which they try to brainwash their employees with their so called training and then constantly harass and degrade them as employees, making sure they always feel like they're not good enough. Employers do not care at all about personal life matters including family deaths, sickness, or accidents happening to employees and expect employees to work through them or proceeds to punish the employees.
Overall they need a Clean House policy and to look over there procedures and employees. Will be calling corporate regarding these issues, hopefully this is just local branch issues and not an on-going company issue

Was trying to get call center experience and ended up with so much more. Adherence is a must ,and your will have a good experience at Eucera. Can experience different programs and develop self growth.
