The auction is fun to participate in and you can find some excellent purchases. The workers are some if the nicest people you will ever meet. Polite , courteous and always busting their tails to get orders out.

This place is chaos.

The owner allows his daughter to “attempt” to run the business.

With no prior experience of running a functional business.

Also allows her to scream and curse at employees.
& says things like “just let her calm down” before retreating back to his office.

She’s acts emotionally and irrationally at her own will. Constantly gossips.
& has little to no self awareness of how unstable or disrespectful she is.

Hired her “friend” to post all the pictures and the lots you guys see on the site.
While talking very badly about her when she isn’t around.
As with anyone. Customers included.

there are constantly errors in the lot numbers.

The items are not handled with care, they are dropped, taped together and tossed.

So just a warning to anyone considering working here.
As well as anyone considering supporting this business.

Save yourself the time.
Give your money to a better business.
To a better family.

Who actually cares about the people that work for them.

The men who work outside are great and always friendly, however, the lady who works inside named Lauren is very unprofessional. Upon picking up an order last week I heard her yelling at her employees saying awful nasty things.

On top of that they seem to be very unorganized, at one point they could not find my order because of mislabeling.

Someone so young should not be running that business.
