Best Dealer experience ever. Went into the dealer with some hesitation of my brand new 2018 q50 3.0T Sport due to previous dealers. Everything was a green flag and quick. I asked if I can test the car with my scan tool. The person named Franklin Told me I’ll do you one even better let’s go test drive and scan it after. Test drove around 20 minutes and plugged in my scan tool and truely no issues everything ready for inspection no fault or pass codes. As we go inside there was a language barrier between my father in law, me myself and the Financial manager Paul. But no worries Franklin was able to help with that as far as Spanish goes. Paul helped us get amazing rates and wanted to push to do even better on our loan. Explained the warranty perfectly to us where we decided to go through with it. The car was clean inside and out. I will never regret coming to this place and will certainly have no issues going back they are really good people. 5 stars isn’t enough 10 if I could Thank you everyone

I have to say Jason was very effective and efficient in helping me with my car purchase not a lot of dealerships treat you how this place does. Honestly not sure where they found their employees but places should take note because they go out of their way to get you the best deals and service they can. I had been car shopping for six months when I stumbled on a listing for a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT at Auto Connection. I was looking for a late model Challenger, but I had given up on finding anything affordable with the options I wanted, and since we ultimately also needed a practical car, I decided to check it out - with no expectations - and if it was as good of a deal as it seemed from the ad, I could buy the "fun car" later. After dealing with six or seven degenerate lying scum of the earth used car dealers all over the NY metro area, I had become so accustomed to being baited and disappointed that I approached every car dealer as a lying, cheating, con artist who was going to do their best to swindle me. Well, I was in for a pleasant surprise. Finding Auto Connection was the universe's way of reminding me that my cynical, jaded perspective may have served me before, but you never know when someone righteous will reaffirm your faith in humanity. Paul (the owner) and Connie (his right-hand salesperson) were straight up, honest businesspeople who did the best they could for me: they got me financing at a decent interest rate, were upfront about "dealers fees", made sure the car was in good working order, and answered all my questions honestly. And unlike most small used car businesses, they even provide a 90-day guarantee, which they made good on with no hassles: the brakes had a problem, but they fixed it immediately. After being abused by other dealers for months, I am truly astounded that a trustworthy, honest gem like Auto Connection exists and recommend them highly. Being able to trust the person with whom you are dealing is one of the most important aspects of a business relationship: you can trust Paul Weinberg. He is not like your average used car salesman, who is out to extract as much money from you as possible. Although we encountered an administrative issue getting our out-of-state plates, this was out of Auto Connection’s control. Otherwise, this was the smoothest used car buying experience I’ve ever had. I may buy my second car there when I am ready! In addition to getting a great deal and having a positive experience, it was a pleasure to work with John and Connie. So if you are in wondering if you should go with Auto Connection, look no further – you will not be disappointed.

This has been the worst experience of my life...Lets start with Glenn the Salesman who sold me this car...the original price of the car was 15,999...it's a 2015 that had 98,000 miles on it if not more...I didn't know anything about the Kelly Blue book at the time but the value of the car was only worth 10,000...I financed the car and after I signed the paperwork I didn't see all the hidden fees until the original paperwork was emailed to me.. everything totaled to 23,000..I put down 2,000 on the car without my permission Paul the finance guy told me he used it for a warranty that I didn't give him permission to do so..after 2 weeks of owning the vehicle it started making a loud sound and rattling I took it to 3 mechanics all three mechanics said it was the reck opinion system and in addition to that the parts that was put on the car was defaulted along with the front shocks and many of the parts auto connection installed did not match the Ford parts..the car was basically micky mouse together and i got a several letters stating that the car they sold me was on recall..I put thousands into this car and haven't had it for a year and it failed inspection..I went through hell and high water to get this vehicle to pass inspection now the transmission and engine is failing..I can't even drive it no more and when I called today Paul cursed me out took advantage of me again as a woman when I bought this car I was a fresh widow I lost my husband a year ago to pancreatic cancer so i left ny and moved to nj to start my life over and in nj you need a car to get around I trusted these people not only did they rip me off because I was a woman..I told them i was a widow and i needed a car..they took advantage of someone's widow...this is so devastating..and this car is dangerous to be in..it done cut off on me several times while driving in traffic now I have to take the bus to work and spend more money to fix it or junk..I called Paul today and all he did was yell at me..I just wanted them to fix my car or replace it with another one they refused to do any of it..I ask if the mechanic look at it can he fix it Paul just started yelling at me like if i was a kid.. because of them im paying almost 700 a month in finance fees all because they ripped me off..they ripped me off and didn't offer to fix anything and ripped me off on the warranty the warranty only covers certain parts of the engine and transmission and they never told me it was a deductible and I never told him to take my 2000 for a warranty it was for the down payment and what's so awful I take care of my 3 year old granddaughter you put our lives at risk for selling us a faulty car...our lives were at risk in a car they installed faulty parts on...I'm suing immediately now
