I bought customized pens for my business through Banta. First ... the service was exceptional! I can't think of any way they could have improved their service - extremely responsive, detailed, and professional. Frank Banta was very knowledgable on their products and they have an extensive selection. The life cycle was thorough ... mock ups were extremely helpful. It was clear Frank was very focused on ensuring I received the very best end result. There was no rush or up-selling or other non-sense. Just excellent service. They offer all levels of quality pens - from the least expensive to superior quality gifts.

I recommend Banta enthusiastically and will definitely choose Banta the next time I'm ordering promotional pens or similar products.
