Bartel construction has come onto my property a few times without my permission or notification or knock on my door to inform me for Wave company. We are selling our home, not closing for 2 weeks. Came back from the store and they have hooked up to the outer wall of our home. New owners say they requested after closing date. Beware of your privacy with this company

Never met someone so unprofessional (STACEY). Did work at my hotel lot of stuff was damaged was damaged sidewalk, water lines. Then proceeds to tell me those cracks were already there. Until pictures were shown that they were not there. They slave drive their employees. Probably underpay them. Can't even afford a shovel for them yet alone a drill to mix concrete. They give him a stick to mix concrete with. Took them 2 day to hire a plumber. And messed up my yard. Driving there heavy equipment on it.

Not even using there service but they parked there trailer in my yard and it’s been there for hours no on asked or even left a note.update . They finally came to get it and this dude was extremely rude when asked about why the trailer was left with no communication.

Bartel did work in our yard. first they broke down and when they came back, they left ruts and big holes. they need to come back and bring dirt to fill in. they also ran over one of our reflectors. it will be a mess to mow out there. sloppy work. ours was the worst around here.

Wave installer that will dig up your sewer line and not say a word about it. When called out for it, they go into hiding and won't hold their end if a deal up. Small claims court will now be the option.
If I could rate lower, I definitely would.

We accidentally cut or line, these guys came out and fixed it with in an hour! I was thinking we would be without internet for days! We live out and do not have good signal! They were amazing! Thank you so much!
