Why do you drive 1,200 miles to have your diesel Tiffin serviced in Red Bay Alabama asks my friends and family? Well, if you’re looking for the Mecca of professional service and talent where they don’t miss a thing unlike the high end truck service centers in the Northeast- you come here. Today in 4 hours I had my transmission serviced, a full chassis inspection where my rear shock had blown (I replaced all 4) and the seals on my engine fan gear were compromised. My temperamental electric stairs were fixed and I left Bay Diesel with a big smile on my face because I got to hang out with pros who explained everything and let me walk into the shop and get under the coach. So informative. That’s why I drive 1200 miles to come to the Tiffin Mecca

We had a great experience with Bay Diesel. They were very responsive, spelled out everything that we needed to have done and then after the work was complete, the bill was $200 less than they quoted me. On top of all of this, we were traveling through and needed to leave. The technician and office crew stayed after hours to finish the work.

Aaron and Teresa could not have been more accommodating and helpful getting me worked into their schedule for a total powerglide service and generator service after I was able to leave the express bay at Tiffin having some work done there as well….. Aaron and his guys let me watch and ask as many questions as I wanted and really gave me a hands-on experience which helped me a ton to understand more about the working components of my coach….. extremely fair pricing and couldn’t have had a better experience…..highly recommend Bay diesel when you’re in town getting work done on your Tiffin.

I lost air to my tow vehicle. No brakes, not good. I called Bay Diesel and talked to Chris. He got me in immediately. The tech Aaron found the problem immediately. They got the part out of another kit and reordered the replacement for their stock. I was out the door in no time, and without breaking the bank.
I cannot say enough good things about these people.

Bay Diesel has been our go-to place to get our motorhome serviced for several years now. While not inexpensive, their service and knowledge is second to none. They always have any needed parts on hand and they always allow me to stand there and watch them work. They have never replaced anything without having first shown me what they found and what their suggestion was. Very highly recommended!!

Mark was our team lead for our motorhome’s annual maintenance. He spotted a hairline crack in a bracket and was able to show us and replace it. They fixed our generator (that had stopped turning on from inside the bus), fixed our headlights settings, and recalibrate our auto-leveling system. They advised us on what spare parts to get in case of a breakdown which was very helpful.

Mark also worked after hours to replace our insulation in the engine bay which was great!
