Awesome experience and facility. Unloading in a timely manner, Capstone was great this time. The guard named Sue was friendly, professional and helpful. I guess she is the best guard I've dealt with in 10+ years OTR. The young guy in the receiving office was great too. Overall it was one of the best deliveries. Spacious lot, i came here the previous night to deliver in the morning. Only issue the...GPS which was unable to find it. Lupus7 company , dock #45. (Google map found it) Only 1 request to the company: please put some lights at the entrance, it's very dark at night

Today I got here 30-45 minutes before my check in time. My appointment was for 6am. I was on the dock by 6 now it is 9:53 and my truck hasn’t been touched yet. My time is dwindling down and I am getting frustrated. Yes they have overnight parking, I would have used it if I had had time to get here yesterday and I would not have started my clock till unloaded. If this is normal I don’t see truckers accepting loads to bring here. I have this place a 2 because it is clean and so far the workers are polite. Maybe I’ll get home tonight but might not make my next load appointment.

Huge waste of my time. I was on time for a 8 am appointment. Was checked in and docked on my assigned dock by my appointment. That's where it went downhill. Took at least another hour or more to start on the trailer. Quickly back to green after unload and sat for another three hours plus while it was being counted and lumper fee determined. Every time i went inside i was ignored and took quite a few minutes to be noticed. Time is money and they blew the rest of my planned day and reloads all to hello Very unpleasant experience

As a home town driver Ben E Keith is a beautiful facility on site parking gets you unloaded fairly quickly friendly people and as a driver you should definitely deliver to this facility at least once I think no I meant you will love your experience Thanks for the great experience looking forward to coming back soon

This guy at the check in yesterday, knocks on my door at 05:40, wakes me up from a deep sleep, while on my 10 hour break to say the warehouse is ready!! I have hours yet and continued my break, and couldn't get rested after woken up. He went to EVERY truck and woke every driver there up. I have never had this happen anywhere and it's against the law per DOT to make us move before our 10 hour rest break. I was livid and let him know it. He claimed the warehouse told him to do it.

Overnight parking allowed. If you have a load coming here. Park in their spacious lot, walk to and check into the guard shack. They will take your bills and get your information. 2hrs to unload which is rather efficient for a food warehouse. All places that receive a high volume of trucks need to be like Ben E. Keith.

I was there a few months ago and it was one of the best experiences I've had at a receiver. I just had to do a drop and hook it was simple and everyone is so friendly. I'm picking up a load to go there now.

This place sucks, it is over ran with "The Good Ol Boys" in charge as leads and managers. Nothing matters other than if you're one of them! Leads and managers break all the rules to include but not limited to safety, discrimination, and more! They lie like a rug to screw those not in the club. Those in the club do little and are cuddled.
