We ordered the parade banner for the Memorial day parade. The staff provided great top notch assistance in this process. Every change we made they accommodated. Once ordered we recieved in 2 days. The banner is beautiful and just what we wanted. Will post additional pictures after the parade.

Melissa was SO easy to work with and very quick, via email correspondence, to answer any questions and move through the design, ordering and production process. I started working with 2 other companies prior to Big Tex and ran into nothing but delays and issues. I contacted Melissa, somewhat exasperated and on a time crunch and she saved the day! Our flags are beautiful and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional but also personable.

Quality was outstanding, purchased the 7x8 breakaway banner with telescoping poles. Material is thick and durable, our complex logo design came out perfectly. Communication with the staff is great, I even received a text message with the initial email address I provided was having issues, very professional. These guys deliver a great product for a great price. Plan to use them for more projects in the future.
