When service is interrupted, which is seldom, the people you work with are always very courteous, and the interruptions are fixed ASAP! If you're expecting or asking for anything more than that, you're living in a fantasy world

Always promptly answer the phone and are coming out today the day after Thanksgiving to install our internet?! Thank goodness as we live in a remote area and I’m glad they could help us! I suggest calling early in the mornings though to validate your installation time as sometimes they get busier than expected. Overall 80$ a month for high speed internet in a rural area is reasonable to me. Thanks guys

We arrived in Forbes Park on Thursday (9/2/21) to find out that our telephone & internet services were not working. We got in the car to go report the problem and saw Blanca working on the lines out the road. We were told that the road scraper had broken the line and they would have it up by the next morning (9/3/21). On 9/4/21, we were still without service. We left a message for Blanca telephone to call us. A little later, Allison called and said that she would be there today to have our problems resolved. She was absolutely amazing.... went out of her way on a Saturday (holiday weekend) and had our problems resolved in a matter of hours! Thanks Allison for service that was above and beyond the call of duty!!!

They called yesterday to set up appointment to change out the power box. I told them that I would be gone shopping on Wednesday and set the appointment for 11:00 Am on Thursday. Got a phone call from my wife will I was shopping in Alamosa. She said some people from Blanca Networks just showed up wanting to change the power box out. She was home alone when this happened. Called the office and they confirmed it was one of the installers. She tried to downplay the situation. I ask her for the persons name and she refused to give it to me. I told her that I am very upset over the situation. She said that she would let the installers know. I also said that I do not want the person who done it back on my property. I also ask that they call before they come out. I also ask for an appointment to talk with the CEO but wasn't given one.

Extremely poor performing management. Management gives false information to customers. Different than front staff at office and not legitimate per managements claims. Price hikes this year are not regulated by government. Cancelled service immediately. Suggest you too look for other options and show these people they should not be able to operate in the manner they do.

The Wehe family has been providing telephone service for decades, now with high speed internet and cable TV there bringing the San Luis Valley into the future. Good job keep it up!
