We recently used Blue Orbit Studio to create the signage for our new Amelie Wine Bar & Bistro in Owens Cross Roads. First off, the customer service was top-notch. Friendly and understanding of our vision. Compared to the other 3-4 quotes we got, Blue Orbit was the only one that "hit the nail on the head" as far as our sign concept - and they had more competitive pricing too. Most of the other bidders tried to change our vision to suit their capabilities too; not Blue Orbit. Their install crew was also terrific. They came out, went right to work, and in a couple hours we had our new sign mounted with no muss, no fuss. All in all, we couldnt be happier. Highly recommend for any small business in the Huntsville area.

Where to start, let me just begin by saying Blue Orbit is an incredible company right here in Huntsville that executed a difficult, custom, time sensitive project for my company absolutely flawlessly. I reached out to a half dozen companies in town for my custom project; some simply could not do it, some believed they could but had astronomical quotes. I had ordered hundreds of square feet of super thin PVC sheets in varying sizes, 10 sheets in total, that I needed high resolution images applied to them via custom vinyl wrap. The plan was to use those as removable walls to cover a wooden framed vehicle simulator. The owner Cathy came and saw my project on site, which meant a lot from a professional stakeholder perspective, then she had the PVC sheets picked up in their company truck, brought back to their place, Brandon of Blue Orbit walked me through the entire process of the best resolution, scaling, and formats for the images we needed for the custom project I was executing. Every single one was done flawlessly. I was able to drop in and check on the ongoing progress and Brandon and the team there palletized the sheets and brought them back to my facility. We applied them to the simulator via magnets and have received nothing but rave reviews. The quality and clarity of the materials is outstanding, the workmanship of the application is flawless, the interface with the owner and getting on their schedule was just perfect. The icing on the cake is they were very inexpensive and the best quote I received in town, as well as Cullman and Priceville. Trust me, this is the company for any signs or custom work. Don't even bother shopping around, just get in touch with them and get on their calendar you will not be disappointed. Thank you Blue Orbit!!!

I'm sad to give them a 0 Star review, because they did good work for me before, a couple of years ago. This year, I asked for a quote for new signage, and I received a design but no quote, I approved the design, and asked for a price, I was never sent one - I asked again several times over several months. I have other work I need done, or advice on, and I asked again. Still no response. I don't know if I did something to offend them, or what, but I am moving on to a new sign company, and I highly recommend that, if you want responsiveness, you do the same.
