Unfortunately, things didn’t work out as I had hoped. We used Boost Marketing at another office I worked at and they did a fantastic job with our logo so I thought we would use them again after we restructured our business and changed the name. I was given a discounted a price since he was going to build off the old logo. I was told that he would have the mock up later that night. I wasn’t in a hurry so I said take your time.

A week or so later, I asked if we could have the logo the following week because I was meeting with our web designer. I was told it would be sent. I never received the logo. I asked if it was ready and was told that it was sent to me. I never received it and asked to have it re-sent. I paid for the logo and I was ghosted 🙁

Started out great back in November with starting bid of $1500. Now (march 2024) $4200 later and no contact for over a month. No website, no app, nothing. I've been put on the elevator before but not like this. 800 for this, 450 for that. It was constant. Highly recommend steering clear of this company!

These days it’s not even realistic to find a company that can deliver the expected results without excuses and obstacle after obstacle.
