I only recently purchased education from this company, so while I don't have much to say yet about the ease of use of the product (though from what I can see, the layout seems very user-friendly), I can say I have been very impressed with their authenticity. They are plain-spoken, laid-back, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They also seem genuine about wanting to help others succeed. This is so refreshing, compared to other companies that I purchased from in the past, who seemed to care more about their revenue than helping others. Very happy with my decision to join!

Recently I recognized that I needed to learn as much about AI as possible. Somehow BotBuilders came across my screen. After I watched the presentation, I joined and am now learning how to build a bot. This group of young people are so warm, genuine and excited about their business, that they infect one with their enthusiasm. I know they can hold my hand and guide me through rough spots. There will be many, but I take building things in small chunks, very seriously. I know Matt, Nic and the crew will be there for me, and having open office hours so frequently will be of great help. Awesome people. I am so glad I joined. Having time pass me by, is just not an option. At 70+, I know that old dogs can learn new tricks. I am all in.

This is a great company! I struggle with people who offer any type of training but use technical lingo without explanation and refer to app names that I have no idea what they are or what they do as if I should know already. BotBuilders training is concise, in natural, non-technical terms. Their website is easy to navigate. They actually have loads of practical information, not just hype. And absolutely best of all is the customer service! You won't regret your decision to use this company.

I recently attended the BOT BUILDERS Orientation session, and it was an enriching experience. Perfect for novices in bots, AI, or business value chains.
This session focused on a few, get-started topics ensuring everyone could follow along and gain valuable insights.

The BOT BUILDERS team, comprised of passionate experts, made learning enjoyable. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and their explanations of concepts were clear.

The session was interactive via CHAT attended by 25 people from Manyregions, US, NZ, AU and me in London, with ample opportunities for attendees to ask questions and participate in discussions.

A standout feature was the support offered to novices. The team was patient and ensured no one was left behind, providing additional resources and being available for follow-up questions. Their commitment to helping attendees succeed was evident.

Well-structured and adhering to a clear agenda, the session maintained a steady flow and covered all key topics within the allotted time.
