Jordan Fadale, the Co-founder of this agency, is a true professional. Jordan knows his products inside and out, takes the time to educate his clients, and is extremely prompt in his communication. Jordan not only made committing to Dragan Medical One a breeze, but also made a great deal of effort to secure an excellent rate for me.

Dragon Medical One is a phenomenal and extremely powerful software. It has made charting notes a much simpler and more efficient task. I’m not sure if I will ever be able to type again!

Really enjoyed working with Jordan and getting my practice up with Dragon Dictation. Super helpful, replies on a timely manner, helps with setting up and navigating through the process. Adding AI dictation has not only help save cost of sending out for dictation services but also improved time to sending out claims as docs can place notes in immediately. Really glad that we came across Dragon Dictation and BRED to help us get set up.

I have now been using Dragon Medical One for two weeks. It saves me at least 45-60 minutes a day. My dictations are thorough, have far fewer spelling errors and take a fraction of the time. It is surprisingly simple to integrate into your PM Software. Wish I would have done this 10 years ago. Additionally, Jordan was phenomenal to work with. Very professional and thorough. Made the onboarding experience very simple.
