Sam Greenfield at Bright Title was a treasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and professional. He communicated with me on a frequent basis so I was apprised of the status of settlement at all times, assisted with coordinating the State of MD Comptroller expedited review of clearances, and in general was extremely helpful, courteous and positive throughout. I would recommend him to anyone seeking title and settlement services!

Not Very Bright and Friendly at this practice. I don't mind paying for professional services, but I would like to be able to ask a question or two about one's services before paying a retainer and they outright refused.
