My husband and I purchased a home in Monte Vista from Shawna a few years ago. Being a Realtor in Phoenix I am aware of what it takes to successfully represent your client, Shawna does exactly that. First and foremost, she is honest!! Being from out of state we were unfamiliar with the specifics of the area and she guided us accordingly so we didn't make any mistakes on where to buy. Shawna Rhoads was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave great advice, did the research on the spot so you could see the numbers she had, great negotiator, knows how taxes work and was clearly working in my best interests. What I appreciated the most was how 'down to Earth' she was in all of her communications and efforts. She went as far as bringing cleaner to help relieve some of the pet smell and didn't hesitate to get into ant hills while putting up her sign. If you're looking for an honest agent, give her a call!
