I just left the store on Victory Drive, in Savannah, GA, and I cannot tell you what a horrible experience it was. Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience we’ve had at this store. We waited an eternity for our food and watched as one of the workers kept bringing food out to what appeared to be her family; while we continued to wait with four other families for our food. The drive-thru wound all the way, around the building. We got home and one order was wrong. I went back to the store and no apology and the manager just looked at me. The lobby was full of people waiting for food and the drive-thru was full of cars. I waited and waited; to get my husbands baconator sandwich. I don’t understand why the cashier thought everything was funny

The Wendy's on Northside Dr. I Statesboro GA charged my card twice for my purchase. As soon as I got home I LOOKED AT MY BANK CHARGES AND THE CHARGE WAS THERE TWICE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE WENDY'S AND GOT NOTHING BUT DEFENSIVE ATTITUDE. I ASKED TO SPEAK. ToTHE MGR AND THE GIRL DIDN'T EVEN PUT ME ON HOLD.. JUST STARTED LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I WENT ON WENDY'S WEBSITE AND FILED A COMPLAINT BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONCE..
