The owner is fantastic when it comes to ensuring you're services are working to the best of his ability. He and his install tech are extremely professional and courteous!! I would recommend their services 100 times again, the only issue I have with the whole company, is the female in the office, she is TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE!! She makes you feel as tho you have no business contacting her for anything, anytime!! But I am willing to maintain my home and office services with them despite her negativity due to the other two who make my life so much easier DEPSITE MY ELECTRONIC DEVICE ISSUES!! 🗣

Guy at the counter in the office wouldn't give me prices, would tell me the plans that are available. He then said they are not accepting new customers at this time due to only having 1 technician. I said so you don't want any more business and he said yes we want you business but we are not doing anymore installs this year. So looks like Starlink is the best option.

Customer service was great. Unfortunately I couldn't stay with them due to work demands but the internet worked great even during the bad weather where other companies would go down. Bob was able to work with me and was very understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend their internet to anyone.

I live in an area where no internet provider could help me. I called Castroville Computers and spoke to Bob. He took care of it and did it quickly and easily. I was truly shocked. He is a person who will not let you down and did everything he could for me. So thankful and so blessed to do business with him.

I took a messed up desk top PC hopefully to get it "fixed". They did, in a
very reasonable time frame, and I was well satisfied. I also needed a new

Very very helpful.. the gentleman DID EVERYTHING in his power to try to help me work from home..he helped me more than any other provider in my area and even the ones I'm not in the area with.. I would work w this company any time or day

They do have the best service for the internet in the area. I have used their services for several years. The prices keep climbing without notice, but they beat the heck out of Hughes.
