I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but it seems I'm not alone. I've been waiting more than 3 months for a tire rebate I mailed in after purchasing winter tires in good faith. I contacted Channel Fusion, only to be given the runaround. They say the delay is due to a "3rd party Payment Processing Company", not Channel Fusion. I've asked for the name of this 3rd party company, but they won't disclose the information. I suspect that by delaying/complicating the mail-in rebate process, they save money from customers either giving-up on, or forgetting all together, about their owed rebate.

I purchased a set of 4 Falken tires with $80 rebate and I sent the needed documents to receive my rebate ...they keep on asking for more and more documents to avoid paying like receipts for tire installation... signature for shipping company... It is a big scam...

I purchased one set of Falken Winter Tires in November 2023 based on a false advertisement for a $70 rebate. I am writing this negative review because, guess what, I haven't received any rebates up to this day. I have been chasing their support team since December 2023, and this bot named Stephanie Moore replied just this month, saying they are still working on my rebate. How hard is it to transfer money? All they need is an email address to transfer. So stupid and no brainer. Never buy Falken Tires again. Will get back to Achilles ATR Racing.

Google is unfair. I am unable to hit the Post button not until I click 1 star. This company does not deserve any star. They owe a star, so negative five stars for them!

I spoke to a gentleman whose name is Jeff as of 8-28-2023 he helped me to get my rebate check witch will come soon on a debit card. after a few months of waiting I'm going to finally get it. But I like to acknowledge Jeff for his performance he showed great customer service he was very proficient knowledgeable skillful he focused on my needs kudos 👏 to him thank Jeff I really appreciate you keep up the great work my friend. 👍

After almost a year of NOT receiving my rebate check from Tire Kingdom and talking to many supervisors and customer service reps about what happened to it, Hunter was the man who hit the homerun and brought that baby home to me. In addition to all of the above adjectives HE was courteous, professional, well spoken, smart and friendly. He even followed up on it and let me know the status of the check.
