I went to their academy here in California not really knowing what to expect, but I have to tell you it was amazing. I Spent 3 full days with the staff at CharTec and have never learned so much relevant stuff about my business in one place. Better then any other trade show i have been to. The Staff was amazing, the breakout sessions were awesome. I now feel like I have an advantage over my competitors. They hit all my pain points and could relate to exactly what was going on! I met the CEO awesome dude and knows his stuff. He actually lead a few of the breakouts on sales and really opened my mind up on what I need to start doing to convert to a full Managed Service practice.
