First time picking up load from here. Entrance is well hidden if you get there while dark amd it's a tight turn but nothing impossible. The guy that loaded me was very helpful and super fast at his job.

Was there today and started to load me after about 15 min being backed into dock door then once he was done it took close to 40 min to get the paperwork. I've been there many times before and never waited that long. I don't know why its taking so long but it sucks....... Was at the South Benjamin Warehouse today also and after they loaded 6 or 7 pallets it too close to 40 mins to get the paperwork. I think these places forget that we ( drivers)are on a timed clock for the day and think they can take however much time they want.

Overnight parking available , outside restroom. Best to use 122 from 18 and turn onto S Carolina . Was loaded up within 30-35. The gentleman loading me was respectful and nice.

The black guy who is working on loading he so rude and worse person I have ever seen.
Hopefully the manager see this comment and take care of him.
He used 2 time bad words but I just ignored him.and I did drove for 58 miles to the pilotflying when I checked my wait I was over loaded

The awful smell from this company permeates the air of the whole city. (They used to be called Vicor.) Literally makes me sick to be outside on days where the smell is bad. Something needs to be done about this.
