If I could give 0 stars I would!! Turned my internet off because I forgot to pay. Turned it back on 4 days ago with my payment and have been having connection issues every day. Been calling every day this week for them to fix it and it’s went down every night and now I imagine for the weekend. I asked them if they could please just fix it they won’t. In fact the lady blamed me for it breaking saying if I would have paid it it would not of got shut off and that’s what broke the router apparently that they won’t fix. I am so angry at them now I am canceling service. I had a payment arrangement I missed by one day, I used to have spectrum I never once had my service suspended, because they would send a text reminder, I would have paid it on time but I forgot. Now I have 4 kids here and most of their devices aren’t working. I can’t believe how rude and nasty the lady was on the phone to me today and honestly you would think I would be being the one that was not being nice, I was polite and a little irritated. I don’t know how them turning off the internet is breaking their routers but I just can’t even believe this. I am so switching companies. Too bad because the people that come out and fix it are very nice and most of the reason that I stuck with this company so long. I am so over it!!

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. They also were quick with getting me on the schedule and were very nice while installing. I have not had a problem yet!

I have made an appointment in the days prior to them collecting their gear. But they “pride them selves on serving businesses first” so I have now waited not only an extra two hours on them but wasted a day of work and missed two meeting because “He’s five minutes out.” And the lack of management and organization in their business has left me with the fact I could never recommend their service to anyone. Slow internet and RESPONSIBLE adults are better than Cimerron could ever give you.
