I had an absolute blast trying the mead here. This was only my second exposure to mead, but he made me feel right at home. He makes a wide range of meads ranging from simple to more complex flavor profiles. The non-alcoholic options are definitely worth a try, as well. His heart goes into everything he brews and it shows. If you're ever in the area, check this place out; you absolutely won't regret it.

We saw a post on Facebook to stop in and mention we were going to Billy Strings to receive a free pour. Never heard of this place and they had only been open for a week. It’s a small, really nice place. The owners Mom was pouring our drinks and was very nice, and knowledgeable about the selection they had. We tried several different meads and everything was really good. Ended up buying a bunch to take home as well. These are really good people making really good meads. I will definitely stop in again next time I am up there.

Phenomenal mead. I worked in the brewing industry for a decade and sampled many meads through the years, and few would have been comparable to the variety Adrian is making. I sampled each, and every one was delicious, from dry to sweet—something for everyone, including NA. The combo of the kveik yeast and Hawaiian honey is 💯.

Stopped here on the way to BV- super cute spot, super nice owner (and family that we got to meet!) everything was absolutely delicious- they use amazing ingredients - the palisade peach was my fav but the ginger lavender was amazing as well- and it’s purple! Will def be back and recommend to everyone going to Leadville!

Amazing place to hang out and try all sorts of Mead. Even if you think you don’t like Mead, you still might like something on the menu as there’s a huge variety. The brewer/owner used to brew beer so his experience puts a fun spin on the drinks. Great atmosphere as well!
