Wow! What a great experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, timely, helpful are all words that describe Jaison. Our experience was wonderful. We have used Coast Media for 8 years through several upgrades and remodels to our home. Jaison is thorough in his design of a system that suits our specific needs. He makes suggestions for upgrades that would benefit us but doesn’t try to suggest a bunch of extras. He is straight forward and practical. The best thing is that when we have run into inevitable issues, Jaison has been responsive and able to trouble shoot and correct issues quickly and effectively.

Jaison Kemp is such a nice person to work with. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He was always on time and very conscientious about keeping my home clean while he worked. He is very wise in offering what your home needs are regarding audio/visual devices. Jaison is really thorough when he works and explains how things work well. He is quite talented at his trade as he installed our nest system, sound system, ring system in front and back of home, and smart TV system with all in one remote. He also hung are large TV above our fireplace. He checked are wifi and made improvements for better speed. I highly recommend Jaison to lead your home improvement needs for all things technical.
