In all candor, I must say we are extremely disappointed in how we were treated in out attempt to get her computer repaired. I have never had someone tell me they are too busy to do a service, and then in the same breath try sell me some other equipment. Why even do the diagnostic if you know you are too busy to fix the item? The most appalling thing was asking us if it was okay to leave our property outside. We didn't drop it off outside. I have previously used the company at that location several times and I have referred people to the business. That stopped today. Totally unsatisfactory.

I called Chris in a panic thinking I had just crashed my computer. I was able to drop off my computer and get in back in a couple hours running great! Chris is friendly, fast and doesn't make tech idiot people like myself feel like idiots:) Highly recommend!!!

Coco got my grandson (William and Mary student) back up and running when his laptop failed. They diagnosed a bad chip on the motherboard, sourced an replacement computer, transferred the data, all in a week.

I used Geek Squad last week and it didn't go well. I was referred to Chris at Coco by a colleague. Very professional service, all done on remote. I didn't think some things could be recovered, but he made it happen ... and all at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic Personal Quality Service and even makes house calls. Chris and his staff are trustworthy and reliable and quick.

Over the 7 years we have lived in Williamsburg, Chris has fixed two laptops and was honest enough to tell us it was not worth fixing a third. Recently, He came to our home and set up a whole house WiFi network that allows us to have WiFi cell phone conversations all over the house, garage, and in the backyard with no dropped calls. We live where there is virtually no Verizon Towers, so no service unless we have reliable WiFi.

We highly recommend!

Chris was unable to keep our appt at his office location so spoke to us to learn more about our issue. He then suggested a remote session to attempt resolution. We agreed and together we set in motion his command of our laptop. Within an hr he had it resolved and we’ve been happy campers since. Happy to now have a technology guy!
