Have seen numerous pinnacle designed homes in summit county over the last several years and love their mountain modern architecture designs.

We made an initial contact with the person in charge of client relationships 6 months ago and had a good phone conversation on their scope of services and said we would be looking to chose an architect for our custom home in the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs in January

We sent him an email and a voice mail mid January to set up an appointment for the following week while we were in Breck skiing only to get an email back the day we were hoping to meet up, saying he would be unavailable but could meet with us anytime the next several days.

I sent an email back to him to see if he could meet the afternoon a few days later only to get another response the afternoon of the day we were hoping to meet with him saying that “he out of pocket and could not meet again”. (whatever that means).

Have not heard anything from this person in charge of customer relations since

I just want to thank you for being unresponsive up front. To spend $75000-$100000 on an architectural firm that has such poor customer service would be a total disaster.
