The worst title company I have ever had the (dis)pleasure to work with. There are better options (put names in a hat and pick one. I can assure you it will be better). No communication, delays, errors. Those are just a few of the things you can expect. I honestly cannot imagine the experience being worse.

I spoke with Jesse about helping me with a purchase contract and informed him of the time sensitive nature of the matter. He informed me that a week is the time frame he'd need. I understand that work can get busy at times so a week would work and I'd inform the buyer. I never heard anything back and after numerous attempts to get information on the issue I finally received word 10 days later that they wouldn't do. Unprofessional with time management, response, and even checking emails. I can't believe a friend referred me to this guy.

After the closing, Jesse hung around and answered several off-topic questions related to business and real estate to help me better understand my future goals. This was way beyond expectations.

I’d highly recommend commonwealth title services to anyone for any service.

Do not use this company - they inserted an extra fee and did not disclose then they failed to wire money to my mortgage bank costing me 3 additional days of interest over $100 after I called to address it they forged a ledger to say they did wire the money on time, after my bank confirmed they didn’t send the money in time and I tried to reach them about it they are impossible to get a hold of. Ridiculous
