This is a warm, welcoming Congregation. The Rabbi is easy to talk to and is always interested in getting to know each and every member, as well as guests who might be attending services for a Simcha.
While decorum is of course necessary, children are welcomed and this Synagogue finds a way to constructively channel the youthful exuberance of young children rather than shut them out as is often the case in many shuls.
Congregation Beth Tikvah has a small but highly attentive Hebrew School under the direction of the Rabbi and School Director where the needs and capabilities of each child are assessed with the goal of providing them with a solid foundation to prepare them to become Jewish adults.

Congregation Beth Tikvah is a warm, friendly, thriving Synagogue in Wantagh. Beth Tikvah has a wonderful Hebrew School, Sisterhood, Men's club and much more. Dynamic, influential Rabbi with a lovely voice. (Check out Rabbi Moshe Weisblum's world-renowned YouTube channel!) Fun events throughout the year and their High Holiday services are SUPERB!

I've been a member of Congregation Beth tikvah for more than 30 years and I wouldn't want to belong to any other synagogue. The people are terrific, our Rabbi is wonderful, and you really feel at home here. If you're looking to join a shul in the Wantagh area, you couldn't do any better than Congregation Beth Tikvah.

This is a nice community Jewish Center located on Woodbine Avenue servicing Wantagh and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Conveniently located right off of Route 135/Seafood Oyster Bay Expressway. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Nice Staff. A nice place to hold a private party/function.

As someone who has had baby naming and other ceremonies at Beth Tikvah, it is unacceptable to read such slander about this extremely friendly, warm, devoted congregation. They are the best ! I invite everyone to be part of this marvelous and lively congregation in Wantagh.

When my dad, Norman Morgenroth, died 1/14/92, my mom, Natalie Morgenroth, purchased two light plaques one for my dad and one for her when she passed. She constantly reminded me that she already prepaid for her plaque. She died 8/9/16, and I immediately contacted the temple. I was told because they merged, their records don't go back that far. Unless I provided them with proof that my mom paid it in advance, they wouldn't honor her word. I said that my dad had died 24 years ago, how was I to have proof. My mom was a member of Wantagh Jewish Centre since 1956 when they purchased their home. My mom's word was good enough. If they knew my mom, they would never have said that. She was the most honorable, considerate, honest person in the world. It kills me that I promised my mom that I would honor her wish since she already prepaid it. Shame on Congregation Beth Tikvah .
