"I hired Kassy Web from Connecting Visionaries Agency on October 11th to create social media content for a collaboration between myself and two other local businesses. We completed an on-site video shoot, and I followed up a week later to check on progress. Unfortunately, no work had been done at that point. I gave Kassy additional time until the following Monday, but when I checked back, she seemed evasive about the specific project I hired her for. Instead of delivering the promised content, she advised me against needing it for the collaboration and began recommending unrelated services I hadn’t requested.

When I clarified that I simply wanted the original content as per our agreement, she abruptly canceled our contract, proposing to issue a partial refund on November 4th. I reached out to some of her previous clients and found they had similar experiences. Very disappointing—if you're looking for reliable social media content creation, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."
