There wasn’t an option to cancel my month to month subscription online, no customer service email only a phone #. I was outside of business hours so couldn’t call. Forgot later because I am a small business owner. They refused to cancel the last charge once I did call even though I haven’t used their software for months and will not be using it for the month I just paid for. I have been a customer for 8 yrs.

I recently interviewed with this company and was really excited to be chosen for an interview! I’ve got the necessary experience and personally thought I would be a great fit. I made it through the first interview with the talent recruiter and was offered a second interview with a manager. After that interview I was told I didn’t get the job due to my lack of sales experience. When I asked for further elaboration I was told that the manager said the interview lacked any additional clarity on how I would be able to adapt into their position. But during my interview the questions asked were mostly what is my understanding of the job I’m applying for and what am I looking for in a job (financials & growth opportunities) but nothing specific to my skills or abilities to do the actual job. Personally I feel like I wasn’t given a fair interview to be able to represent myself and my skills when the questions weren’t directed as such.

Support is non-existent! I have been on hold for 1:22:55 - so far. The bot that answers the phone can't understand anything you say, so you get dropped into the support queue. She told me that average wait time was 10 minutes - that was an hour and 20 minutes ago. It almost as if they don't really want to talk their customers. Only the government and utility companies can get away with that.
