Absolutely wonderful friendly service. He was so kind and helpful bought a new wedding band for my husband. Very thankful for his help and how quickly he was able to have it for me.. Nothing but great things to say about my experience working with Jon and his team at Conti Jewelers on an engagement ring for my now fiancee!!

I had been out to look at designs with her and we had general ideas of the different design elements she liked but couldn't find anything that checked all the boxes. When brought to Jon, he got a design back within 24 hours that checked nearly all those boxes. We then refined the detailing and it came out more perfect than I could have hoped. My fiancee said she had a general idea but couldn't have pictured her perfect ring but this is certainly it.

All of this at a fair price with professionalism, transparency and knowledgeable assistance every step of the way. Thanks again Jon for everything.

I have been coming to this Jewelry store for years. I love that it’s not a chain store and they are so personable. Highly recommend.
I got engaged in January, and my ring needed repair by the beginning of March due to poor manufacturing. The company my fiancé bought the ring from was extremely unhelpful, and their customer service was atrocious.
I brought my ring to Conti Jewelers, and the difference was night and day! They have amazing customer service, and did a wonderful job fixing my ring. They even managed to finish it a day earlier than promised to help me out!

I will be recommending them to anyone in this area who needs a jeweler they can trust. 🙂
