I called today and spoke to a great representative for your company. He had excellent customer service skills. His voice had an upbeat sound and great tonality. He took care of my issue very swiftly I felt welcomed He was patient when my dogs began to bark but didn’t waiver and continued with his great service.

Sonya gets the 5 stars. EVER OTHER customer service person I have dealt with has been HORRIBLE! Took more than 3 attempts to correct a simple address issue. And YES I followed all the crazy instructions of doing it online AND sending an email to the “back office”. It was not until my card was declined (even though I carry a zero balance) and I was embarrassed in front of my family after insisting on picking up a bill that I made yet ANOTHER phone call to find out WHY, that Sonya was able to quickly fix the issue as all the needed info was in the system! Sonya 5 STARS, everyone else had an EPIC fail.

I've never had an issue with any payments posting and I went online to change my address and it was beautiful easy peasy lemon squeezy. This is a great card and they doubled my credit limit without me even knowing it. I love my FIT card!
