This was my first visit to the cookie plug. Evelyn and Lilly helped us while visiting. The cookies were fresh. The service was a 10/10. From the time we walked in until we left the customer service was superb. I would recommend the cookie plug over all other cookie establishments. The decor was great. Very family friendly.

Had such a good experience at the cookie plug! They have such friendly staff and their firecracker cookie was so delicious 🙂 my dogs loved their “doggie style” cookies. I highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something sweet!

I was introduced me to The Cookie Plug by a friend. Oh my deliciousness!! I normally avoid cookie places because I find them to be gaggy sweet and so soft as to be seemingly under baked. The Cookie Plug is different. The cookies are soft yet not under baked. They have a large variety of flavors, even some Keto friendly options, and smaller sizes!! I highly recommend The Cookie Plug!

So bomb the staff is beyond sweet, there specialty cookie is amazing (Dubai chocolate) but the strawberry cheesecake and cookies and cream are incredible aswell!!

I've been all over the west coast and by far the best cookies. Awesome and unique environment with amazing staff. They don't dilute with a bunch of random cookies, they focus in on a dozen or so different types which turns into a far superior cookie. If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping by.

Evelyn treated me so well after I arrived at opening and the oven wasn’t working. I came back a bit later and she gave me two extra cookies for my trouble, plus a drink! Excellent service and amazingly delicious cookies!

The cookies were super tasty. I especially loved the new monthly flavor (a pistachio white chocolate) definitely recommend. Definitely will be coming back to try all the different flavors.
