Service was dropping whileworking remotely. One call and same day technician came to my house, found the issue, and was able to repair it. Technician was very professional, explained everything he'd checked, and instructed to call right back if any continued issues. Service has been fantastic since! The manager has been very very helpful every time I have called for help or questions, she made sure that my needs were met even if that meant going outta her way. Mike was also very helpful and walked me through the whole steps for the portal as well as how everything will work! Definitely recommend this place to those in superior/Kearny area. 🙂

The internet Wi-Fi is CRAZY GOOD! The first day we binge watched a whole season, 8 episodes, on Amazon Prime streaming and had ZERO buffering. We have 2 phones, 2 tablets, 2 laptop computers and 1 TV streaming.

The installation technician was very polite knowledgeable and didn't just setup the dish, he made sure I was happy with how he was installing it and where prior to beginning the installation. After the installation he made sure that we were able to update our devices with the new Wi-Fi before he left. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this company. After struggling with CenturyLink speed issues for so long it is nice to have reliable internet service.
