Incredibly tasty food! Tortillas made fresh for each individual order. The shredded beef was marinated in such a delicious sauce and my spouse had steak salad and loved that as well. Good sized portions and the prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food. Will definitely be going back!

Good, no, GREAT food. Unique, Latin-meets-beach fare. Fast, friendly service. Very customer-satisfaction oriented. Excellent menu selection with call-it-while-they-make-it meal prep. Waiting for my shrimp to cook and was handed a fresh, hot flour tortilla with a cup of Ranch dressing for dipping--delicious!!! Have never had a bad or even ho-hum meal meal experience there. Going back... again and again!

I had a sweet pork burrito. It was one of the best burritos i have had in a very long time. All of the food was delicious. They made our tortillas right in front of us. The rice was flavored well and everything was fresh and put together right in front of us. I am hoping to go back there soon. I would give it more stars if i could.

I like Costa Vida, a lot. But this one is definitely not my favorite. I could usually eat at the other locations several times a week, but this location seemed a little rude. They rushed making the burrito when no one else was in line and got mad when I asked them to put lettuce in it, they wanted to wait till after they cooked it and just put it on the side. I guess they know how I like burritos better than I do. They also didn't have over a third of the normal ingredients. They were out of everything. And didn't want to refill it, because when I asked where it all was, they just said, were out, but while I was eating 10 mins later I saw them pull the ingredients out. It was a bad experience. I would've given it less stars, but I like the chain in general and didn't want people to think that all of them are bad.

I usually love Costa Vida and was excited to order on grub hub. I recently had surgery and was unable to cook for myself. I ordered a salad for myself and nachos for my spouse. My husband was excited to receive our order because he had heard me go on and on about how good the food was. We also ordered two fountain drinks. When our order arrived the nachos weren't packed properly. The chip should have been in a separate bad but weren't. As a result the nachos were soggy. We also ordered double meat (shrimp in this case) we only found a few on the whole dish. My salad was also packed improperly and arriving warm instead of cool fresh and crisp. To top it all off the two drinks we ordered arrived empty. That's right, they sent empty cups! For which I paid $2.99 each. When I called to give the restaurant a chance to make it right there was no answer. Infact, it went directly to voice mail. The phone is never answered. So disappointing!

Food was good, little on the expensive side but worth it. Burritos rival Chipotle on size and quality. There were a few things that need work. Employees were standing in the back door smoking. The smell can right in, this shows laziness and lack courtesy to others. The gentleman making our food was nice and fast. However, he made the customers food before us, then our food, took our money, made more food, helped the customers behind us. All while wearing the same pair of gloves. Nasty, just nasty. I hope I don't get sick, I have no clue how long he had been wearing that pair of gloves.

I was in love with Chipotle...until I met Costa Vida. Similar concept but more menu options and better tasting food (IMO). We eat at the Auburn location frequently and always get great food and great service. The staff is friendly and efficient, the place is clean and the food is always great.
