I Visited the store and spoke with Eloy Toledo. very knowledgeable not pushy nor trying to sell me something I don't need. He explained things well and I chose a plan. Eloy kept me up to date on install date and time. I also called him to choose a different plan once reviewing the plan with wife. Eloy did this without hesitation and thanked me for joining cox cable. I am very pleased with the customer service Eloy has provided me and I'm just waiting for the install. Cox is new in my area and I will refer my neighbors to get with Eloy if they are unhappy with their current provider.

Great, fast customer service. There was no wait. Someone greeted me right away. They were able to set me up with a new internet service within minutes and were even able to score me a promotion. I love the new white color of the equipment. It gives off a girly touch. The whole interaction was a total of 15 minutes. Excellent experience.

Dropped in to return our panorama box. We were in the store for maybe 5 min. Simple and easy process, they didn’t try to sell us on anything or persuade us to stay. Overall good experience.

Very good customer service and a very nice atmosphere to talk about the future and technology. Service has been bumpy the first month. However, Cox immediately sent out a service guy who fixed the issue.

Horrible customer service . When kindly asked for help , they denied helping . They don’t make the process easy even when patient . Simple humane solutions could’ve made the stay better . Always leave because problem isn’t solved .

They represented Cox in perfect way Scamming and over charged I was helping my friend who purchased 3.1D cable modem and the employee after checking with his manager he couldn’t Provision brand new modem but offered to rent the worst PW6 the 17 times refurbished one this place was not serving customers and the manger was even worse than the employee

Buyer beware. Cox mobile service they will charge you a whole billing cycle even after disconnecting the service. They don't prorate if you cancel mid billing cycle and then charge the next billing without having service. Recently, it happened to me.
