This is a review of their service/policies, not events. Buyer beware of buying early. I Purchased tickets to one of their conventions weeks in advance due to travel planning. Got the confirmation email a couple days before and click through to review some details, and see that they are having a sale of 20% off tickets in the last few days. I wrote them and see if they will honour the discounted price for people who purchased early. They will not. Also asked for any sort of alternative compensation like a free autograph or an upgrade. No uptake on that option either.

It’s my belief that if people sign up early and help you get your numbers in order to plan earlier that they should be the ones who receive any sort of benefits like an early bird special. People who wait till last minute should not get the deal. I’m not saying they need to honour the discounted price for everybody, but if somebody notices and reaches out and asks, they should honour it or offer some other token of appreciation for registering early. This is poor form. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star because at least they did write back to tell me that they wouldn’t do anything for me rather than just ignoring my message.

Extremely expensive and then there were ad ons you had to buy on top of your already expensive ticket even if you bought the highest most expensive level pass they had. They didn’t even offer any snacks or light lunch in between the days programming. Considering all the money we paid for the event which were essentially 10 hour days with very short intermissions, they could have at least offered us more than little cups of water in the back corner of the convention center ballroom. Super disappointed with how it was ran. The talent was amazing and they did a great job presenting them and also getting us set tours for the higher level passes but it was just very unorganized and most of the women that were running the event for the owner were pretty snobby and had bad attitudes. And buy beware!!!! If you spend all that money and have a death or illness or somthing unexpected to which you are then unable to attend they will not refund you. They’re very very stingy. No refunds on anything. I understand it to a point but at least give a refund lesser a small percentage of the total to cover their costs.The only thing they will do is roll your ticket into the next years event.

Customer service was great, we purchased tickets to an event for our daughter and realized the week of the event we didn't have the tickets. Our daughter was stranded in Seattle, it crushed her that she may not make it back to TX for the event but also that we didn't have the tickets. I emailed Creation Entertainment's customer service email and had the tickets the next day. Our daughter was able to catch a last minute flight back and was able to attend the event. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

the worst customer service. thought i was buying a ticket for one location and turned out to be in a whole other state and different date -- tried emailing to change before tickets sold out never heard back. tickets sold out 200 dollars wasted

Multiple requests for a Certificate of Authenticity for an item purchased at a Creation Entertainment event were ignored. Surely the fans deserve at least a simple response?
