John at Creepy Goat Graphics gave me great advice on the front end compared to 3 other companies I spoke to regarding my vehicle marketing, John sent me a proof and I made a few changes. He scheduled the 4-hour window to install and he greatly exceeded my expectations for quality of the workmanship. John even curved the decals inside door spacing. While I was in his shop, I got see a lot of the commercial vehicles in progress at Creepy Goat Graphics and I was very impressed on the quality of John's full wrap branding. If you are within 200 miles of their office location, call them today!

John scratched my hood significantly during a vinyl install. He let his heat gun slide down both sides leaving several long scratches. When brought back to him he acted like he could barely see the scratches and it wasn’t a big deal. He referred me to Eagle Custom Paint (which was an absolute nightmare) and said “they will fix the paint and probably ruin the vinyl and then I’ll reinstall the vinyl when they are done.”

Well the body shop burnt through my clear coat and ruined the vinyl. Contacted John and now he says his hands are tied and will not fix the vinyl.

Now I have a messed vinyl on my hood with a foot long mark where the clear coat has been burnt off on my 2024 car. I took it to a few other body shops to get quotes to fix and now it’s going to cost over $1,500 to fix.

Save your money and go to someone who actually cares about their work and customers. This guy raves on his 20 years of experience but after 20 years you would think someone would be smart enough not to let a heat gun slide all over your paint. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

***As you can tell by the over the top response, John lies to try to save his business too. Very good at twisting word and making it seem like we are evil customers.

- My husband and I were at his shop. John literally treating me like I was a child cutting me off and looking at my husband when I was trying explain the issue we had with your install. That would annoy anyone. I did get annoyed, apologized to John for getting a “little excited” and let my husband take over because John clearly didn’t want to hear anything I had to say.
- Yes the vinyl looked good - at first.. until I got a better look at it 20 mins later out of his shop.
- My hood has more damage on it than when I brought it to John and that is my fault somehow.
- The “1,000” quote was just have the hood paint fixed. It is more to put the factory vinyl back on the vehicle.

Again don’t trust this guy he’s damages your vehicle and makes it your fault.

Communication could use some work when making orders - sometimes email isn't the best (orders can go to spam) so l recommend calling to follow up with online orders to make sure they got your art.

This is now my go-to place in the NW Austin metro area and they've done a great job with every order I've made there.

I thought I had given John a review before but I don’t see it. He and his team do amazing work. I’ve ordered multiple engraved Yeti cups and they’ve been fantastic. He did a custom vinyl design for my shop door and installed it as well. If it’s vinyl, engraving, etc. you’ve found the last place you’ll ever need. Great guy and group of people to deal with.
