Absolutely thankful for this location. However I would highly recommend getting somebody else to run the check log. The lady who runs it is quite aggressive and rude and never remembers people who come. Consistently challenges people who are clearly on the list without checking it being aggressive that they are not on the list because she misunderstands the names. Unfortunately she has complete control over that list and somebody else needs to take over that position. Everyone else is an absolute Delight. I don't want to lower the raiting too much based off of one individual but that individual we have to interact with. In fact everyone has to interact with. You cannot get anything without interacting with her. This location is a great asset to the community and the people we have had the pleasure of getting to know our very friendly very outgoing and are very kind. Thank you for your services.

The manager seems to be drunk on her perceived "power" and can be unnecessarily cruel, spewing vitreous comments at anyone she feels like. She's gone far beyond what should have been addressed and corrected, but seems to use the guise of, "following the rules" as a means of avoiding reprimand. The rest of the volunteers are a delight and under their breath apologize profusely to those that have been the subject of her attacks. If it weren't for her, I would give this place 5 Stars!

I have had to use this place off and on for years with no complaints. Recently, the director changed. This person is extremely rude and inappropriate. Cussing, accusing people of stealing, discussion of other clients, poor treatment of community service helpers. I could go on. I am so discussed that I would rather go hungry than go back.
