Jennifer was so helpful and transparent! My company is based in Austin but is Korean owned so there were a few loops that we had to get through to make things work. Shawn and Jennifer saved the day!!! I had an emergency need for a last minute fundraiser item. I tried to custom paint a yeti cooler and failed. Paint wouldn’t stick. Called and talked to Shawn and he said bring it in right away. He and Jennifer cleaned up my paint boo-boo and put beautiful vinyl wrap on it…ready by the next day!!! It is gorgeous and will help us raise big $ for the PT Softball Team this season!

Spoke with Shawn about needing elastic bracelets for a project. I have a dog prison program and this is my first time being responsible for getting special event items together for the program. I honestly don’t know the right ordering lingo, so I used pics and screenshots. Custom Graphics outdid themselves, these bracelets were just what I wanted.PERFECT!! My pictures are how I envisioned them and the bracelets are so cool!! I love how Custom Graphics gives back to the community also. Came on to ask about pricing she gave me the info I needed and a business card. I shopped around and thought they had the best prices. So I canceled my online order and went back on to order my business cards and 3 shirts. She waited a full week and a phone call later to inform me she couldn't help me. So now I have to replace the order with the online company and I am out business cards now for 3 weeks when I expected to have them in a matter of days from using her.
