When it came time to make an offer, Daniel's team volunteered hours of time to ensure I understood the offer and escrow process/timeline. They were also able to coach me through making an offer in a competitive environment to ensure I was accepted on the property I wanted. Throughout the escrow process, Daniel's team made sure I was well represented for negotiation and well compensated for any repairs that needed to be made from the seller. His team had extensive connections with local contractors to provide quotes on anything from plumbing to glass door specialists. When attempting to receive quotes on a short escrow timeline, these connections were invaluable.

I cannot recommend this realtor team enough, as Daniel's team made me feel welcome in a place I had never lived, even offering a ride from the airport when I arrived on island and being there when I did not have transport to showings or appointments.
