I am the former Board Chair for Sail Portsmouth responsible with one other Director for establishing a working relationship with DARCI Creative, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Our account manager was (and is) Caitlin Thayer. Caitlin and her team at Darci added so much to our marketing commutations effort, brought so much to our revenue stream, and helped us expand our brand awareness. It is hard to know where to start.

We are an all-volunteer organization with no paid employees. We were hit-and-miss on newsletters, on keeping our website current, and on managing social media content. Before Darci, we were working with four different providers for web design and maintenance, for our Facebook and Instagram pages, for newsletter and email distribution, and for press releases. Over the first year, we consolidated all those functions under the Darci Creative umbrella.

Caitlin quickly grasped what our organization's mission was, how we functioned, and what we needed even if we didn't always know ourselves.
