We started with Deploy in April of 2021 after we lost our outside sales rep due to Covid restrictions. I was hesitant to commit to an agency, however as a NON TECHNICAL stressed out small business owner I knew that I was not going to put in the time and effort to do paid ads right on my own. I appreciated the time that Kyle put in explaining the process and going through the set up with me. I had spoken with other agencies that charged a % of the budget as their fee. What I really like about Deploy is their flat fee for service unrelated to the ad spend. Deploy has NO incentive to increase your ad budget. Kyle has turned me down numerous times when I asked if we should increase the budget? He always said "wait until we really have the campaign dialed in, if you increase the budget now you won't know if it is working the way we want it to or not". I really appreciate that honesty. I am very ROI oriented, and we track our GoogleAd leads relentlessly. Every month during our meeting I show Kyle our new customers, and actual revenue generated by each new customer for that month. If GoogleAds was not paying for itself AND bringing in new clients we would not be into our second year with Deploy. Their honesty and integrity is notable in today's environment, and especially in a field that most of us consider voodoo, and have no idea who to trust? Kyle has also gone above and beyond for me in evaluating other companies in the internet space, to help me decide whether to engage their services or not. Other times he has corrected things that other service providers have done incorrectly. Deploy is definitely a company you can trust in the midst of an ocean of "internet service provider sharks".
