This company is terrible. We paid them ~$300k and put up with them for 3 years. The project still isn't complete. The owner is rude and argumentative. I had to read the manual and explain how to do an Alexa integration, which was never done, but was promised. They over promise and under deliver. I hired a different automation company when I received an invoice for over $500 to replace 2 internet cable ends that they installed. They sent 3 techs to replace the RJ45 ends to hike up the price. I had to report them to the BBB to resolve the issue. They pitch "VIP customers" and then ignore you. Should you use this company, you were warned.
