This print shop has delivered time and time again for our Fredericksburg Hotel, Albert Hotel. They have ordered specialty paper, tried weird project experiments, helped us get menus out in time for last minute menu changes before dinner and breakfast service, sent advice on printing booklets on our own, and everything in between. They also have a pick up box I've used to drop of / pick up items super early or late night. This place rocks and Doug is the nicest guy, we always feel so supported.

I worked for them and got hurt by the stapling machine on 10/15/24, almost had my finger amputated, thankfully the Dr saved me. I can’t work right now, they don’t have worker’s comp and they simply washed their hands. Doug is subject to his brother’s orders and his brother decided he won’t give me any help. I’m a single mother! I can’t believe the whole town of Fredericksburg is their client and they can careless about an employee severely injured at work. This is a $400,000 a year business, to say the least, and they are simply leaving me stranded with no regard if we even have food to eat. Absolutely disgusting.

I requested a rush job on business cards that required a special application. Jennifer not only put a priority on my order but when they were not ready for my pick up because the application required outsourcing on a particular part of the card....she hand delivered them to my house at 7:30 PM on Friday night. WOW....you don't find this level of professionalism, care and concern just anywhere. So impressed with this company!!!!!
