I have a similar situation as Aaron—the above 1-star review. The salesperson, Mark Robinson, was very nice and made you feel like choosing them is a good idea for bringing my clients to our clinic. Please be very careful with the agreement. At the end, after you sign, there is a phrase that states, "I understand that this is an automatically renewable advertising service agreement of Clause 9 of the terms & conditions and not the sale of goods." Basically, it meant it was automatically renewed when the contract was up. I didn't read that phrase and neither Clause 9. I wish Mark Robinson told me that when he tried to sell me the services. I had to pay upfront for the ad. I thought 2 years with a few thousand dollars to be in a hotel near the directory board. Ok! If it does not work. It is a tryout. After 2 years, we didn't have a client. The ad failed. I accepted. Then they called and told me that I owe them money. I thought it was a scam call at first because I know I don't owe anyone anything. Then Stephen Haydon, regulatory compliance and legal manager, called me. I was pretty upset because of the term I didn't read, and the same person, Mark Robinson, didn't address it to me.

I was so upset and more upset with the way Stephen Haydon handled an upset client. I used to think that because I was so upset.
So that made Stephen Haydon upset/rude in the way he responded to me (his client). He said, "You can't get away with this." Now I realized it did sound like a threat.

I came from one surprise to another surprise as the boss/owner of the business, so I didn't sympathize with his clients like... I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm sorry Mark didn't mention the term. Or let me talk to him and see what we can do. NO customer service skill at all. He threatened legal action in an aggressive way. I had an awful day after talking to him. Because I felt bad for myself and for him too to deal with my upsetting.

Now reading Aaron and other reviews. I just realized they have done this before. There are many people like us.
Yes, they said that they’ll update your artwork six times per year, but then say that you need to call them to do that.

I hope you read every single word in that agreement very carefully before signing up. It is very tricky. I would never work with them again.

I have also had the experience of being promised advertising in two clinics for my pharmacy. Then they ended up putting everything in a pet clinic and a hotel on the other side of our city.

I asked for a refund, which was refused. Then they tried to come back at me for a renewal when the contract was up and threatened legal action. They have a debt process that they HAVE to follow.

Staff are rude and aggressive. Simply awful to deal with.

There is a reason they have a one star rating, and it’s that 0 stars is not an option. My life is worse for having dealt with them.

If you like to pay thousands of dollars to have some pictures on a TV, by all means, go for it. But I would suggest that you buy a couple of really nice TVs for a business or two and load some pictures on a thumb drive to play repeatedly. You’ll save yourself a bunch of money and attitude.

They will say that they’ll update your artwork 6 times per year, but then say that you need to call them to do that.

Trying to extort my business after failing to deliver, supposedly moving the kiosk to a different hotel further from my shop. No kiosk was in the lobby, yet they are threatening legal action. The original deal was broken by them. Don't use this unscrupulous company.
